Yes, each pom pom has a ribbon. The length of each ribbon is about 19 inches.

It is not difficult, but it does require some time and patience. We include a video link printed on the packaging in case you need help. Be sure to prepare well in advance of any party or event.

Tie the included ribbon in the middle of the flattened pom pom. Then start separating each tissue layer one at a time. Pull and fluff away from the center. Repeat this process to form a sphere. Yes, simply fluff and adjust them to be half of a sphere. You can then lay them flat on a table or use the included ribbon to tie them to any object. You can also use tape to stick them to a wall.
