How to Assemble Paper Pom Poms

  1. Take the ribbon off & tie it in the middle of the pom pom. Then fan out one side.
  2. Start to separate each layer one at a time. Pull and fluff away from the center. Don’t worry if the paper tears a little. It won’t be noticeable once fluffed.
  3. Repeat with the other side and then fluff & adjust to form a sphere.

Give your pom poms a spiky look

  1. Take a pom pom and cut the ends off into points (see the video above for reference). The cuts don’t need to be precise.
  2. Fan out, separate layers and fluff just like you would with a regular pom pom.
